Wisdom of the Hidden Realms Oracle: Interviewing Divination Decks
Three weeks ago, I wrote a post about the notion of interviewing the card decks we use for divination purposes, with the intent of learning more about their purpose and energy.
In that post, I mentioned that I'd be interviewing all of the oracle decks I work with. That process began two weeks ago with Oracle of the Angels by Mario Duguay and continued last week with Wisdom of the Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid.
This week, I'm interviewing Wisdom of the Hidden Realms oracle cards by Colette Baron-Reid and Jena DellaGrottaglia, published by Hay House.
What is your ideal purpose?
The purpose of Wisdom of the Hidden Realms is to supply the novice and the experienced reader with great understanding in the way of small steps toward growth and openness to the realms of the spirit.
Ooh... It isn't that I'm surprised or even intrigued by the answer. It's that it explains something I've noticed with this deck. There are certain cards that are so energetically specific that when interpreting them it can feel as though someone else is sitting with me, helping the interpretation.
What is your energy form?
The form of the oracle deck is that of the energy found through the trees. It is the ancient energy of masters and wise ones who have powered into the spirit realms their greatest intuitive insights.
Once again, I'm not surprised. I will say that I'm intrigued, though. The concept of the ancient energy of the trees coinciding with the equally ancient energy of "masters and wise ones" through this deck is wonderfully intriguing and a tad exhilarating, too.
Who is your ideal querent?
The ideal querent will be one who wishes to work for the highest good of all, through the powering of her soul with the inquiries to this deck. The querent will desire the knowing which will facilitate the energy for healing all of Earth.
I love that. It certainly fits the wonderful vibes this deck exudes. To work with this deck is to work with your highest self, for the highest good of all. If that feels resonant with you, you'll love it.
Who will benefit from working with you?
The person who will most benefit from working with these cards is the person who understands the importance of discernment without analysis. To the one who would work with this deck, we say, To work with this deck will be to remove all veiling imagined between you and the spirit realms.
Boom? ;-) Whether you have experience with the spirit realms or not, this deck offers up the benefit of revoking all notions that would position you and the spirit realms as separate. If you're ready for that, you'll find this deck most beneficial.
Can anyone work with you regardless of experience?
The answer is yes, and there is only one caveat: The deck may not choose you if you are not yet ready to be working with the energies of the spirit realms. In this case, there will be a wondering why this would be, and a decision to find assistance to fully prepare you.
Well, that's interesting. Now, I am surprised. And yet...
Considering that answer, and based on my own experience, I can vouch for the fact that readiness is a "big deal" with the spirit realms. It can be that they're ready to work with you even though you don't think you're ready. It can also be you think you're ready and they know you aren't.
This is one of those instances when I'd encourage you to use a pendulum or another divinatory method to determine if you're ready to work with these cards or not.
And if you aren't ready, and still want to purchase them for yourself, it could be that action will be seen as a statement of intent by your guides. Nothing wrong at all with a statement of intent. ♥
