Self-Healing

Self-healing is an act of self-care that covers many bases… perhaps all the bases. When we act in self-healing, we find ourselves addressing discomfort, dis-ease, disharmony, disassociation, disregard and so much more.

Such action requires our attention, our awareness and also our compassion, because it’s work that can push buttons or otherwise “trigger” us. And it might be said that it’s work that’s meant to push buttons or otherwise “trigger” us.

From the inside out

We see the self-healing is best approached from the inside out, as the ego will require attention, awareness and compassion before the other aspects of the human may be healed.

That’s no surprise, is it? Our ego wants us to be safe, and it also prefers familiarity that may look very much like the status quo if we aren’t attentive and aware and, yes, compassionate.

The familiarity may show up through the lens of childhood trauma, broken promises, failed relationships, etc. The results of such events, while inherently uncomfortable, provide strange comfort when they become familiar to us; when they’re what we know and how we act.

We fold them around us like a too-heavy weighted blanket. While we may find some comfort from that weight, its restrictive nature will wear at us and worry us.

And so, whether it’s through traditional or non-traditional therapeutic approaches, or whether it’s through pure self-evaluation and self-care, where we’ll best begin is with our state of mind, because it affects our body.

Peace of mind to peace of body

Once you have established a peace of mind, a peace of body will likely follow. Original energy may then be applied to support the industry of freeing the body from the confines of its supposed limitations. This effectively aligns the physical body with the energy body, the light body, and permits the physical body to uproot its withheld stamina and claim a greater lifeforce.

Original energy refers to source energy, which is the energy we use for energy healing. What’s meant by “original energy may then be applied” is, energy healing may then be undertaken. This supports the body to reveal and release the points of dis-ease, disharmony, etc., it holds.

In addition, the indication that energy healing - following mind healing - might also remove perceived physical limitations and also increase our lifeforce energy is tantalizing.

When peace of body and peace of mind are established, the spirit may more freely engage with the human. This increases the remembering of that which is the intuitive abilities, and opens connection with all the realms.

What’s more tantalizing than increased lifeforce energy? Increased remembering of our innate intuitive abilities and our capacity to connect with energies beyond the human - and beyond Earth.

Let’s be real

Let’s be real, here: self-healing takes work. It takes dedication to and love for ourselves. And it takes an unwavering, uncompromising commitment to put ourselves first.

Why do we put ourselves first? Because when we make sure we are cared for and have what we need, we are better able to show up in the world and serve as we’re called and/or guided.

It’s simple, if we allow it to be so.

And so it is. Blessed be.
